Mr Fabian is a famous and prolific genre artist but remains a private man. He has declined to comment on his work here, beyond stating that he is a fan of William Hope Hodgson.
Mr Fabian became one of the most prominent black and white illustrators in the field in the 1970s. His work has appeared in fanzines such as Whispers, and Amazing and Galaxy magazines. He has been nominated for seven Hugo Awards and four World Fantasy Awards.
